Identifies the needs of the learners in terms of the program by utilizing the records of

previous experience, personal interviews, tests & observation.
Select & organize learning experiences which are in accordance with objectives.
Participates in University, skilled & community service activities.
Assists the learners in using problem solving process.
Helps the HOD in devising teaching methods appropriate to objectives & content.
Timely entry of the attendance and study materials to the LMS of respective batch.
Maintains & uses adequate and accurate records.
Prepare explicit & concise reports whenever necessary.
Measures effectiveness of instruction by use of appropriate devices.
Acts as a counselor for students
Guides students conducting research.
Participates and promote student’s welfare activities.
Guide the students in conducting seminars, discussions & presentations etc.
Assists in teaching & supervision in clinical Nursing courses for undergraduate and post

graduate students.
Assist in initiating & participating in research studies for the improvement of

educational programme.

Pay: From ₹33,000.00 per month
