Hiring for Customer Support Associate for Pharmacy process
Location - Mohali Branch
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls.
Resolve customer queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build solid customer relationships.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer support/BPO will be an advantage.
Fresher's/Experience both can apply for this Job.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
