Sr. Executive / AM / DM – Customer Service (Ocean Import)

Location: Aurangabad
Department: Customer Service – Freight Forwarding

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end ocean import shipments (FCL/LCL) from pre-alert to final delivery.
Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHAs, transporters, and CFS/ICDs.
Manage import documentation, IGM, BL, DO, and customs clearance coordination.
Monitor vessel arrivals, free time, demurrage, and detention.
Handle customer queries, escalations, and shipment-related issues.
Supervise the operations team and coordinate billing and vendor settlements.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
Robust knowledge of ocean import operations and customer service.
Global customer relations and team handling experience preferred.
