Outbound Calling: Call existing Maruti customers to remind them about their motor insurance expiry dates.
Quote Generation: Explain insurance advantages, calculate premium amounts, and share accurate quotes.
Sales & Renewal: Convince customers to renew their insurance with Maruti and close the sale.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer calls, follow-ups, and renewal statuses.
Customer Support: Answer customer queries regarding policy coverage, claims, and discounts.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate (12th Pass) or Any Degree.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer care, or insurance sales (Freshers are welcome).
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
