Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Purchasing
Identify material requirements and procure goods and services as per company needs.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
Ensure timely procurement of materials at competitive prices.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize vendors.
Maintain an updated vendor database.
Order & Delivery Management
Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
Coordinate with stores, logistics, accounts, and internal departments.
Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
Documentation & Records
Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and other procurement records.
Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Prepare purchase reports and maintain procurement data in Excel or ERP software.
Cost Control & Compliance
Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving prospects.
Follow company procurement policies and approval procedures.
Payment & Accounts Coordination
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding vendor payments.




Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, quantities, rates, and taxes.
Follow up on credit terms and outstanding vendor payments.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years in purchase, procurement, or vendor coordination.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
