Qualification: Postgraduate / MBA preferred

PMO – Main Key Points
Experience: 5–7 years mentioned in the skilled experience section; 8–10 years mentioned in the job specification.
Industry: Life Insurance experience is essential.
Project Management: Experience managing end-to-end projects, critical initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
Process Improvement: Hands-on experience in process improvement, quality assurance, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Change Management: Experience implementing process changes and ensuring long-term sustainability.
JIRA: Solid hands-on knowledge of JIRA, including team adoption and training.
Process Mapping:



Knowledge of As-Is/To-Be mapping, SIPOC, RACI, Swimlane diagrams, and Value Chain Analysis.
Project Governance: Tracking project progress, preparing dashboards, monitoring risks, and reporting to senior management.
Quality Analysis: Ability to analyze audit reports, assurance reports, complaints, and identify process gaps.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
Qualification: Postgraduate / MBA.
Key Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,666.00 per month
