Job Role

We are looking for a Property Consultant to work with buyers, sellers, and property owners. The role involves understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable properties, arranging site visits, and following up with clients until the deal is completed.

Roles and Responsibilities
Speak with clients to understand their budget, preferred location, and property requirements.
Find suitable residential and commercial properties based on client needs.
Connect with property owners, buyers, sellers, and builders.
Share property details with interested clients and arrange site visits.




Follow up with clients and owners to move the deal forward.
Negotiate with clients and owners to help close deals.
Maintain client details and follow-up records.
Build good relationships with clients and generate new business prospects.

Eligibility & Requirements
Any degree is required.
Experience in real estate or sales is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Kannada language knowledge is an advantage.
A two-wheeler is preferred for property visits.
Should be comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and achieving targets.

Salary & Benefits
Salary between ₹20,000 and ₹60,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
