Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise software systems to ensure high availability.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
Capability to document technical procedures and support knowledge base development.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Coupa.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
