Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Telecalling Team Lead to manage, guide, and motivate the telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality conversations, and achieving sales/lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise a team of telecallers
Monitor daily calling activities and ensure targets are achieved
Train and mentor team members for better performance
Develop and implement calling scripts and strategies
Track KPIs like conversion rate, call quality, and productivity
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively
Maintain reports on team performance and share insights with management
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
Ensure adherence to company policies and calling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or call center operations
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of CRM tools and calling software
Analytical mindset to track and improve performance
Preferred Skills:
Experience in EdTech / Training / Coaching industry
Fluency in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
