Role overview
The role covers the full project lifecycle, from software design and offline programming to in office commissioning and handover. You will lead the automation team, work with cross-functional teams and vendors, and drive software standardization across projects.

Key responsibilities
Define an automation roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo and robotics software design and implementation
Deliver projects on time, first time right and within budget
Reduce commissioning time through structured offline and in office planning
Build, mentor and develop the automation team
Establish and maintain standardized software structures and modules

Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics
9.5 to 12 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Siemens, Rockwell and Mitsubishi platforms
Programming in Ladder, Function Block, Structured Text and SFC
Communication protocols: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, Modbus TCP/IP, RS232/485/422
Industry exposure in Chemical, Effluent / Waste-water Treatment,
No Automobile Industry
Awareness of C# is an added advantage
