We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and manage HR-related documents and reports.
Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
Assist the HR team in maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




Basic knowledge of Recruitment & HR processes.
Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with internship or recruitment experience will be preferred.
