Role Overview

The Accounts & Operations Executive will play a key role in managing financial processes, coordinating supply chain operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. This role requires solid attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
Manage daily accounting entries, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle vendor payments, client billing, and banking transactions.
Support audits, taxation, and documentation requirements.

Operations & Supply Chain
Oversee order processing, stock management, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, regulatory documents, and client communications.
Assist in vendor registration, approvals, and compliance documentation.

Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with banks for remittances, LC documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Collaborate with sales,



regulatory, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Generate reports on financials, operations, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in accounting and operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of compliance and documentation in regulated industries.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
