Key Responsibilities
RTO Documentation: Preparing, verifying, and submitting recent vehicle registration files, temporary registration extensions, and transfer papers to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) or via the online Parivahan / VAHAN portal.
HSRP Coordination: Managing appointments and tracking the dispatch/affixation of High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP).
Liaison with Authorities: Acting as a bridge between the dealership sales team, customers, and RTO officials to resolve pending objections, file rejections, or delays.
Status Tracking & Registers: Maintaining physical and digital RC tracking registers to update sales advisors and buyers regularly until the RC is safely handed over.
Compliance & Records: Ensuring all vehicle invoices, insurance papers, road tax receipts, and identity/address proofs comply with state motor vehicle acts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
