Company Overview:
We are a tensile structure company providing high-quality tensile fabric structures, canopies, car parking sheds, gazebo structures, and related solutions for commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a confident Kannada-speaking Sales Telecaller Executive to generate leads and support our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Explain the company’s tensile structure products and services in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Generate quality leads and share customer details with the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and quotations with the concerned sales executive.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.




Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for customer requirements.

Requirements:
Fluent in Kannada is mandatory.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
12th pass / graduate; freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Candidates from Indore or willing to work from the Indore office preferred.
