About the Role

Right Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an EPC Recruiter with experience in construction recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC and construction-related roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, client feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and closures.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in EPC and construction recruitment.
Recruitment consultancy or staffing industry experience preferred.
Positive understanding of construction hiring and candidate sourcing.
Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Candidates based in or around Faridabad preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
