Webtrack Technologies is looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and an interest in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
6months or 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Positive interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
