Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through field visits, local contacts, referrals, and job portals.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements.
Build and maintain a solid local candidate network for bulk hiring.




Coordinate with the HR/TA team for onboarding and joining formalities.
Should be well-versed with the geography and major locations across Tamil Nadu.

Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment/sales experience can apply.
Robust knowledge of Tamil Nadu districts, towns, and local areas.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment.
Ability to work independently
