We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with strong knowledge of land and site surveying for real estate projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
5–15 Years of Relevant Surveying Experience
Relevant Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
Robust Knowledge of Land and Site Surveying
Experience in handling surveying work for real estate projects
Good Knowledge of Surveying Instruments and Techniques
Ability to take accurate measurements and prepare survey reports
Ability to read and understand site plans and technical drawings
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Good coordination with site and project teams
Skilled, responsible and result-oriented approach





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct land and site surveys for real estate projects
Take accurate measurements and maintain survey records
Prepare and maintain survey reports and related documentation
Coordinate with project engineers, architects and site teams
Check site measurements and levels as required
Assist in setting out and marking for project execution
Ensure accuracy of surveying work and site measurements
Report any discrepancies or site-related issues to the concerned team
