Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations, ensure the safe dispensing of medicines, maintain inventory, and provide appropriate medication guidance to patients in accordance with prescriptions and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense medicines as per doctors’ prescriptions and ensure accurate medication handling.
Verify prescriptions, dosage instructions, and medicine availability.
Maintain adequate stock of medicines and medical supplies.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions.
Maintain purchase records, stock registers, and other pharmacy documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and replenishment of medicines.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per applicable guidelines.
Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and storage instructions as appropriate.
Monitor and minimise expired, damaged, or wasted medicines.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, licensing requirements, and clinic protocols.




Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and clinic administration for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper functioning of the pharmacy area.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: D. Pharm / B. Pharm.
Experience: 0–3 years; freshers may apply.
Valid registration with the applicable State Pharmacy Council.
Knowledge of medicines, prescriptions, inventory management, and pharmacy documentation.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or billing software.
Good communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.
