Job Description

Fund Accounting Support (Close ended/Private Equity funds)
Perform and review fund accounting activities for closed-end private equity funds, feeder funds, special purpose vehicles and co-investment structures.
Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end NAV close process, including review of trial balances, accruals, journal entries, expense allocations and investor-level accounting.
Review capital activity, including capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions and investor allocations.
Calculate and review management fees, fund expenses, organizational expenses, transaction costs and other fund-level accruals.
Support the preparation and review of carried interest,



performance allocation and private equity waterfall calculations in accordance with fund agreements and investment terms.
Review investment activity, including acquisitions, disposals, realized and unrealized gains or losses, portfolio valuations and foreign exchange movements.
Analyze and calculate cost of carry, financing costs, commitment fees, interest accruals and other investment-related expenses where applicable.
