An Account Manager / Accounts Head in a Maruti Suzuki Arena automobile dealership manages complete finance, accounting operations, statutory compliances, and profitability analysis.

Job Summary
Role: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
Industry: Automobile Dealership (Maruti Suzuki Arena / Nexa)
Reports To: Management / CEO
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in accounts and finance (Maruti dealership background preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial Management
Supervise day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and general ledger operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor dealership profitability, working capital, cash flow, and operating expenses.
Conduct regular reconciliations for bank accounts, vendors, and customers.
Dealership & OEM Operations Accounting
Handle specialized accounting for current vehicle sales, used-car sales, spare parts, accessories, service, insurance, and finance operations.
Track vehicle inventory, stock purchases, sales invoices, and customer bookings/advances.
Reconcile manufacturer (Maruti Suzuki) and dealer accounts.




Monitor OEM incentives, dealer schemes, margin claims, and discount structures.
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Manage timely filing of GST returns and input/output tax reconciliations.
Handle TDS, income tax, qualified tax, PF, and ESI compliances.
Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and manufacturer (OEM) audits.
MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, P&L; statements, and balance sheets.
Analyze departmental performance and financial variances across sales and service units.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and supervise the dealership accounts team.
Review daily accounting entries and maintain strict internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Technical Skills: Solid grasp of GST, TDS, taxation, and dealership financial reporting.
Software: Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, dealership management software, and MS Excel.
Competencies: Strong reconciliation abilities, analytical mindset, and team management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
