Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing in office operations related to sourcing, procurement, and delivery activities. This role ensures that materials, products, or services are sourced efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and all site activities are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and sourcing activities
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely procurement
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper material handling and storage
Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all sourced materials
Track deliveries and ensure adherence to project timelines
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports
Resolve in office issues related to supply, logistics, or workforce
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Maintain accurate records of materials, vendors, and site activities
Train and guide site staff and workers as needed

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience or fresher experienced/ Interested in as a Site Supervisor, preferably in a sourcing/procurement setting
Robust knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:
Experience in sourcing or procurement companies
Familiarity with local suppliers and market trends
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards

Working Conditions:
On-site role with frequent fieldwork
May require travel to vendor locations or project sites
Flexible working hours depending on project needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
