Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through various channels.
Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.




Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status to management.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Client Coordination.
Candidates who are comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction.
Candidates who are willing to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
