Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused Curtain Advisor with solid experience in retail sales and face-to-face customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality and the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements, preferences and budgets.
Advise customers on curtains, fabrics, designs, colours and other home furnishing solutions.
Demonstrate products and explain their features, quality and benefits.
Provide personalised recommendations based on customer needs and interior preferences.
Deliver an excellent customer experience, particularly when dealing with premium and high-value customers.
Handle customer enquiries, product presentations, negotiations and sales closures.
Achieve individual sales targets and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.




Face-to-face / in-person sales experience is mandatory.
Experience in curtains, home furnishings, furniture, home décor, fabrics or premium retail sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Confident, well-groomed and professional personality.
Strong consultative selling, product pitching and closing abilities.
Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate solutions.
Comfortable interacting with premium and high-value customers.
Energetic, proactive, target-driven and customer-oriented.

Significant Screening Criteria

Candidates with only inside sales, telesales, telecalling or BPO experience will not be considered.

Candidates must have proven experience in direct, face-to-face customer interactions and retail product selling.
