The Shap Restaurant | Calicut

We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Service Captain / F&B; Captain to lead our service team and ensure an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant service and staff.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints.
Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams.
Maintain service standards, hygiene, and staff grooming.
Train team members and support upselling.
Ensure smooth shift opening and closing operations.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Basic POS and billing knowledge.
