What You’ll Do:
Handle core HR operations, payroll & compliance
Drive recruitment & onboarding
Build HR SOPs & policies
Partner with leadership on engagement & retention
What You Need:
2–5 yrs HR experience
Strong in PF, ESIC, payroll & labor laws
Outstanding communication & problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office
