ParNets Software India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our software services, generating business leads, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.

This is an excellent chance for candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in sales, customer interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
Explain the company's software services, including websites, mobile applications, CRM, ERP, and business automation solutions.
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.




Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work towards targets.
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, and English is an advantage.

Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
