Job Description

o Review, Amendment, Annual Renewal of various policies in line with the extant internal/external guidelines

o Verification of notes, agendas to Top Management, ALCO,RMC and Board prepared by desk officers

o Providing regular updates on market conditions, trends and their implications to the Bank from liquidity, ALM and Market risk management point of view to Head Market Risk and ALM

o Facilitating smooth conduct of ALCO proceedings and to get the ALCO minutes approved. Follow-up of suggestions/instructions of ALCO team and putting up Action Taken Report in the ensuing ALCO.

o Directing team to generate agenda / PPT for Risk Management Committee of Board including latest Market Happenings for timely circulation amongst RMC Members.

o Co-ordinating with MRMD team for knowledge sharing and upkeep of job-role at each desk.

o Upkeep of automated ALM process through Surya Software systems and co-ordinating with the vendor for periodical upgradation.

o Addressing / Audit / RBS team/ Compliance team requirements in consultation with AGM - Head MRMD & ALM.

Qualifications

Experience Range : 5 to 8 Years
