Position: HR Recruiter.
Job Location – Thane
1 -3 Years of experience is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing CVs for various industries from Naukri, Shine portal for Third Party/Deputation.
Understanding client requirement and sourcing CVs accordingly.
Co-ordination interviews with candidates.
Negotiating salary with the candidates.
Handling documentation and on boarding of the selected candidates.
Co-ordination timesheets every month with the candidates.
Handling candidate grievances and resolving them.
Joining period – Immediate/1 week.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
