Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on interview status.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Assist in recruitment activities, interview coordination, and basic HR documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, MBA (HR), or any relevant discipline may apply.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented workplace.
Ability to work from the office in Sector 58, Noida.
