Team Leader – Tele sales
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Tele sales to manage a team of sales advisors, drive sales and collection targets, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory experience in telemarketing/tele sales.
Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory.
Solid communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Positive team management, organizational, and reporting skills.
