We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our company's services.
Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Business Development Manager regarding lead status and customer interest.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects.
Maintain daily call reports and update lead information regularly.
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the team in achieving daily calling and lead-generation targets.





Requirements
Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience can apply.
Valuable verbal communication skills and a confident speaking style.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to make calls, follow up with leads, and learn sales processes.
Positive attitude, discipline, and a target-oriented approach.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or recruitment calling will be an added advantage.
