Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and collection targets for the showroom.
Monitor daily sales performance and operational activities.
Drive customer engagement, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
Monitor showroom profitability and sales performance.
Ensure proper inventory coordination and stock management.
Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and overall ambience.
Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.




Hands-on experience in furniture retail sales and showroom operations.
Positive knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Experience in inventory and stock coordination.
Ability to manage sales targets and team performance.

Education & Experience:
Any Graduate.
5–7 years of experience in furniture retail / showroom sales.
Prior experience in furniture sales and retail operations is mandatory.
Candidates with experience handling a furniture showroom and sales team will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
