Job description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator Intern to support student placements, coordinate with companies, manage recruitment activities, and assist students throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate placement activities and campus recruitment drives.
Communicate with companies and HR representatives regarding job openings.
Identify suitable job opportunities for students and candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain student resumes, placement records, and recruitment databases.
Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview scheduling.
Follow up with candidates and employers regarding interview results.
Prepare placement reports and update placement-related Excel sheets.
Support the placement team in achieving recruitment targets.
Maintain qualified communication with students, employers, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
Any degree or postgraduate qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.




Interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or student placement.

Preferred Skills
Candidate sourcing and screening.
Interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Database management and reporting.
Professional phone and email communication.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
