We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our business in international markets, particularly Canada.

This is a 100% work-from-home prospect for candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in international business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in Canada.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and online research.
Connect with international clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
Introduce company services and understand prospective clients' requirements.
Follow up with leads and schedule business meetings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Update client information using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Work toward monthly business development targets.

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.




Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of lead generation and client outreach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience in international sales or business development is preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Willingness to work night shifts to coordinate with Canadian clients.
