We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Counselor cum Telecaller to join our Patna office immediately.Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and parents from the provided data channel.
Introduce our highly affordable online and offline courses (including our flagship 4-month fast-track plans).
Counsel parents regarding course perks, language mediums (Hindi/English), and structure.
Guide interested prospects to download the "SHRIM INSTITUTE" app from the Play Store and complete the admission process.
Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and closures.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any stream (Motivated undergraduate final-year students may apply).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling (EdTech/Coaching experience is a huge plus). Freshers with exceptional talking skills are welcome!
Language: Fluent in English is appreciated.
Skills: Robust convincing power, patient listener, polite telephone manners, and comfortable with mobile apps.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
