Key Responsibilities
Drawing Preparation: Create detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and as-built drawings for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
System Layouts: Design ductwork routes, chilled/condenser water piping layouts, equipment room layouts, and plant room details.
Diagrams & Schematics: Develop HVAC schematics, isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and section views.
Clash Coordination: Coordinate HVAC plans with other MEP trades (electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting) to eliminate spatial clashes on site.
Revisions: Update and revise drawings based on site changes, architectural updates, and engineer feedback.
Code Compliance: Ensure all drawings conform to relevant standards (such as ASHRAE, NBC/local building codes, and project specifications).
Documentation: Support engineering teams with material/equipment schedules, submission packages, and drawing logs.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling/BIM tools like Revit MEP.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC principles, duct sizing, pipe routing, and reading architectural/structural plans.
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Draughtsmanship, or a related field (ITI / Polytechnic / B.Tech).
Experience: Typically ranges from 1 to 6+ years depending on junior or senior roles in construction, MEP consulting, or contracting firms.
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, spatial awareness, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
