Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system performance.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
Experience in managing and deploying device management solutions using Microsoft Intune.
Robust knowledge of endpoint security and compliance policies within enterprise environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues related to device management.
Familiarity with cloud-based management platforms and integration with other Microsoft services.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
