Location : Chennai | Bangalore | Trichy | Selam | Pune.
Industry: US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Medical Coding.
Relevant medical coding certification is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities
Review medical records and clinical documentation for accurate coding.
Assign appropriate medical codes according to applicable coding guidelines.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Identify coding discrepancies and documentation gaps.
Support coding quality and productivity requirements.




Work according to client-specific guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IPDRG / Inpatient DRG Coding.
Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines.
Understanding of inpatient medical records and clinical documentation.
Knowledge of principal diagnosis selection, secondary diagnoses, and MS-DRG assignment.
Relevant certification is mandatory: CCS , CIC, CPC, COC.
Valuable understanding of inpatient coding guidelines and compliance requirements
