We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Management students for Industrial Training (IT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Lords Inn Somnath. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations while learning from experienced professionals across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations in the assigned hotel department.
Learn and follow hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support the team in delivering excellent guest service.
Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, discipline, and punctuality.
Participate in departmental training and learning activities.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Complete assigned tasks as per departmental requirements.





Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing Hotel Management or a Hospitality-related course.
Students requiring Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of their curriculum.
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a skilled hotel environment.
Ability to work in shifts, as per departmental requirements.
Immediate joiners preferred.
