Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
Explain the services, packages, offers, and facilities to customers over the phone.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
Follow up with customers regarding birthday party bookings, group visits, school visits, and other services.
Maintain customer information, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain polite and qualified communication with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to convince customers and handle queries effectively.
Valuable follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
