Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors, suppliers, and contractors for raw materials, fittings, and operational supplies.
Request quotations (RFQs), analyze price trends, negotiate favorable terms (pricing, payment cycles, lead times, warranties), and finalize purchase agreements.
Maintain an up-to-date vendor database, tracking supplier performance, reliability, and delivery compliance.

Purchase Order Execution & Tracking
Process purchase requisitions, verify material specifications, and generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites or warehouses.




Coordinate with site supervisors and warehouse personnel to reconcile physical goods received against POs and delivery challans (GRN verification).

Cost Control & Inventory Coordination
Monitor market price movements to identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.
Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure accurate material forecasting and prevent stockouts or over-purchasing.
Handle vendor invoice verification, coordinate with the finance department for timely payment processing, and resolve price or quantity discrepancies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
