Job Description

Roswalt Realty is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to support housing society redevelopment and land acquisition activities across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Identify redevelopment opportunities and source society tenders.
Conduct site visits and assess redevelopment potential.
Understand DCPR 2034, FSI calculations and project feasibility.
Coordinate with housing society members, brokers, PMCs and internal teams.
Track market rates,



competitor activity and acquisition prospects.
Manage tender documentation, property records and project reports.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant real estate or land acquisition experience.
Knowledge of redevelopment feasibility, FSI and property documentation.
Positive communication skills in Marathi and English; Hindi preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Mandatory: Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork across Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
