Machinser Academy is an Odoo-focused training academy offering practical, career-oriented training programs for students, graduates, and specialists looking to build careers in Odoo ERP and related technologies.

We are looking for independent and motivated Sales Executives who can generate their own leads and convert them into successful course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated through digital advertisements.
Understand students’ needs and explain suitable courses.
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
Handle inquiries and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech, preferably in course sales or academic counseling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
Target-oriented with basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
