Explain treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and expected results.
Understand patient requirements and provide suitable treatment guidance within the scope of qualification.
Counsel patients and follow up with interested leads.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for patient consultations and procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure a positive patient experience.
Help convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.
