We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter & Operator to join our Production team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
Perform tool setting, tool offset and work offset setting.
Load and unload components properly.
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.
Maintain machine cleanliness and production records.
Requirements
2– 6 yrs of relevant experience in CNC Setting & Operating.
Valuable knowledge of CNC machine operation and setting.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
Positive quality and production awareness.
Immediate joiners preferred.
