About the Role

We are looking for a confident and responsible Business Analyst – Post Sales to manage clients, requirements, project execution, escalations, and deliverables independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client communication, meetings, relationships, and expectations.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and commitments.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned clients and projects.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Post Sales, Client Handling, or Project Coordination.
Strong communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.
Experience in client escalation management and requirement documentation.
Valuable understanding of SDLC and project coordination.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership.

Preferred
Healthcare IT experience, including EMR/EHR, medical billing, or telemedicine.
Experience with international or US-based clients.

Ideal Candidate: A self-driven skilled who can confidently manage clients, resolve issues, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
