About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Affiliate Network Executive to work on banking, fintech, insurance, demat and other lead-generation campaigns. The role involves generating quality conversions, following up with leads and building a productive referral/partner network.

Key Responsibilities
Work on assigned affiliate campaigns such as bank account opening, credit cards, demat accounts, insurance, loans and fintech products.
Call and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Convert eligible leads through proper guidance and document follow-up.
Build and manage a network of referral partners, agents and local associates.
Coordinate with campaign partners and ensure correct customer onboarding.
Maintain daily reports for leads, follow-ups, conversions and payouts.
Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Required Candidate Profile




Minimum 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, DSA, banking sales, loan sales, insurance, credit cards, demat accounts, fintech, lead generation or network sales.
Proven experience in lead conversion and target-based sales.
Experience in building or managing agents, referral partners or a sales network will be preferred.
Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-up and target-based work.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and daily reporting.
