FirstHome Consulting is a growing real estate consulting company focused on helping customers find the right property and investment opportunities. We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Real Estate Sales Coordinator / Telecaller.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Explain available property options, projects, offers, and services.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule property visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Build valuable relationships with prospective customers and handle their queries professionally.




Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
