Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients from databases or lead lists to pitch services, products, or special offers. • Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer calls, address questions, resolve complaints, and provide product details. • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Qualify interested prospects, schedule appointments for sales teams, and track previous interactions. • CRM & Data Entry: Log call outcomes, update customer databases, and maintain accurate records of daily conversations. • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly metrics regarding call volume, conversion rates, or resolved issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
